Texas State Musician Nominee and International Recording Artist, Kelli Grant, the Queen of Swing™ has been Nominated for inclusion in the 2007/2008 Heritage Registry of Who’s Who Entertainment, documented with the Library of Congress. The Swing Queen & her band, the Swing Kings take the audience down a musical highway of Blues, Jazz and Swing in her original revue, “Swingin’ the Blues”. The show is listed in the Isle of Capri Blue Book as one of their BEST SHOWS and is on the Mid-America Arts Alliance touring roster with funding by the National Endowment for the Arts. Featuring the music of Louie Armstrong, Count Basie, Louie Prima, and Kelli follows the beats evolution which was noted by the dance craze of each era.
